Fancy dinner: This is the most formal kind of date you will have to attend to. Fancy dinners are normally done in restaurants that require a reservation, and normally they have a dress code as well. A simple black-white formal outfit will work well in this situation. Try to use a black suit, a white silk shirt and please wear a tie.
Movie Theater: This is the most common date there is. It is relaxing, it is not compromising at all, and it is socially settling. It is important that you know whether you will be going to a restaurant before or after the movies. It is very uncommon to just watch a movie and say goodbye. So keep the restaurant in mind, and maybe dress the same as in a casual lunch. If you are heading to more luxury restaurant in the night, consider getting a sport coat which will look casual during the day and formal during the night.
