What do Radiologic Technologists Do?

Radiology technologists do much more than take just x-rays. Technologists prepare the patient for examinations and must understand how to position the patient to obtain the correct images. Some will assist with biopsies, hospital procedures such as stent placements, fluoroscopy or nuclear imaging testing. Technologists work directly with patients and doctors.
