The passive safety features on the Maserati Quattroporte are designed to provide an advanced passenger protection system. Airbags are controlled via four sensors, located at the front and sides of the car, and thru a control unit positioned next to the central console. Side airbags incorporated in the front seats and window curtain airbags help provide Quattroporte passengers with additional protection in case of any lateral impact. All seatbelts are equipped with pretensioners and load limiters to securely held passengers in case of strong decelerations. The computer on board displays the trip data, such as the average fuel consumption, journey time, distance travelled and average speed.

The Quattroporte features fourteen positions electronically adjustable front seats with four way lumbar adjustments. The driver's seat has three positions memory and an easy entry/exit system where the seats move back and the steering column is raised when the driver enters or exits the vehicle. For the most demanding customers, the Comfort Pack is available as an option on the Maserati Quattroporte models to provide air ventilations and massage function to the front and back seats. The trunk is uniform in shape and can accommodate up to two golf bags, depending on their size. To maximize the carrying capacity there is an optional luggage set that has been especially designed for the Maserati Quattroporte.
