Soft Enamel trading pins are some of the highest quality pins that TradingPins4Less.com produces. Our manufacturing process begins when a custom dye is created and is struck from a 1.2mm thick base which are plated in one of four ways:

* Black Metal
* Black
* Silver
* 10 Karat Gold

After the metal has been struck with a customer's artwork enamel colors are then added in all recessed areas. The raised metal that is created enables the color fill process to help separate out each color. Once the coloring has been completed it then enters a baking process in which they are heated to approximately 400 degrees which allows the enamel to cure.

The last step involves adding a clear epoxy layer which helps to give the pin some depth and also provides a glossy appearance that serves to protect the custom artwork for years to come.
