Use Effective Herbal Remedies For Kidney Stones Pain

While herbal remedies can ease the pain associated to kidney stones, it is best to see a physician. It is believed to be due to lack of exercise. Excessive amounts of calcium are found in urinary tracts which cause kidney stones. Exercising usually helps eliminate such calcium surpluses.

However, several herbal remedies are known to ease kidney stone pains and have been used for centuries to cure kidney stones. Here are some of the remedies

1. Basil and celery are vegetables that are said to help ease the pain associated with kidney stones.

2. Boil water and put two onions in the water, over medium heat. Then put in a blender and drink the juice. The pain should be more bearable.

3. Coconut water is known to break up stones from the kidney

4. Agrimony is known to ease the pain caused by stones.

5. Mix lemon juice with olive oil and water. This remedy has been long used and is known for having great effects after 24 hours.

8. Horestail can limit the bleeding caused by stone in the kidney. Yarrow, shepherd's purse and St John's Wort are known to have the same effect.

Either way, when having kidney stones, you should produce as much as 2 liters of urine a day. This means any type of liquid and fluid can help ease the pain. You can drink lots of water, juice or herbal tea. Avoid green tea, coffee, cheese, chocolate, salt and meat which are all rich in oxalic acid which can worsen your pain. Certain fruits such as strawberries can also be problematic, so can spinach, beans or wheat bran.

Staying physically active and drinking lots of fluid will remove the stone out of your body. To prevent stones from reappearing in the future, set up a daily routine of exercising, drinking lots of fluids and eating vegetable-based meals.
