Start this exercise with 5lbs, and aim at kicking low towards the gravity of Earth for a minimum of 10 minutes at a pace which is neither too fast nor too slow. Leg kick is another very good way of increasing your height. Position yourself on the stomach in order to do this exercise. Stretch out your arms and raise your left arm at a position higher than the right arm. Then, lift your leg from the ground as far as possible. Hold your body at this position for about 4 seconds minimum, and then work on alternate legs.
