Identifying the symptoms and cause would be easier to treat anxiety disorder. You could say it is all in the mind, but the physical symptoms could affect the health of an individual. Knowing more about the disorder through the symptoms could help save oneself.

It is better that you take note how frequent these symptoms are and which of these. Once you have consulted a doctor different tests and questioning would be done. From there the doctor could identify what kind of disorder you have. If it is a physical or psychological disorder you have.

Though anxiety is a natural reaction of humans, but too much is not good. If you're experiencing anxiety attacks at all times, this is not a natural reaction anymore. It could be a psychological effect already. That means you have to observe yourself of the abovementioned symptoms. Only you, yourself would be able to say if it is more than often you have these symptoms.

Usually these attacks peak within ten minutes, and rarely last more than a half hour. But during this attack, what you've experienced is so severe that you feel as if you're about to die. You were so frightened that you don't know what to do. While the physical symptoms are so frightening that they think they're having a heart attack not an anxiety attack. After all of these you are worried that it would happen again, you don't want to be alone. You want someone to be with you at all times.

The abovementioned anxiety disorder symptoms must be noted and remembered. You must know if any of these happens to you, there are times that anxiety and depression meet. We get confused if it is the one or the other. It is better to be cautious than to be too late for any disorder. It is better that you take note of these important factors. It is for you own good.
