A giant auger separates the inorganic trash from the organic that's then dozed with live bacteria to get it fermented fast. This steaming, bubbling mass is then subjected to high heat to separate the alcohol from the mash. Everything is utilized. Whatever is left from the organic mulch will become organic fertilizer, while the inorganic mulch becomes useful for construction as it can be mixed in with cement.
