SUVs made by Chevrolet under the name Blazer had been popular for fifty years, but here we are concerned with the S-10 Blazer which was introduced in 1983. This was the SUV which started the trend of small SUVs. It was a two-door SUV but a four-door version was also available from 1991 to 2004. In its second generation which debuted in 1995 the prefix S-10 was dropped. It was a quick and comfortable SUV which could serve off-road as well. In 1998 its inner and outer styling was modified, four-wheel antilock brakes were introduced, and a second airbag was provided in the front which made it safer. The SUV was discontinued after 2005.

Whatever be the vehicle safety is always the prime requirement. Blazer tail lights also perform their role in maintaining safety on the road. Tail lights alert the driver of the car following you of your presence on the road. Brighter tail lights are better as they can be seen from a longer distance and provide more time to the driver to make the required adjustments. Fortunately we have brighter sources of light like LED lights which add to the usefulness of tail lights. There are other ...
... lights in the cluster of tail lights mounted at the rear end of the car. These lights indicate whether you will be turning left or right or will be stopping. There is another light which shines when you move in the reverse direction. All this information conveyed through tail lights is crucial in maintaining safety on the road. Since the tail lights are a safety feature they have to conform to certain regulations made by the Department of Transport.

Tail lights are visible in day time as well as in the night, so their designers also use them to serve as an item of adornment besides being a safety feature. Properly selected tail lights can enhance as well as customize the looks of your vehicle. They do not cost much and are easy to install, therefore you can replace them any time to get a new feel even if your existing tail lights have not faded.
