Marriage Records In The Vietnam

Marriage is one of the most significant events in most peoples' lives, a joyous celebration, however for various reasons in due course they also end in divorce. According to NationMaster.com statistics, divorce rates across the world are at all time highs. Because of these divorce risks, it is prudent to be well prepared before becoming married.

When you are registering for marriage, both parties of male and female must be present, filed the declaration for marriage registration and produce:

1. The birth certificates of birth of each party

2. The family books where the male or the female marriage registered. In there is not enough those papers, there must be a valid alternative.

In case of doubt, one side or both men and women with mental illness, are unable to recognize their acts, are suffering from venereal disease, shall require the parties to produce medical certificate of health of ward or district medical agencies .

The marriage registration declaration paper must be certified by the agency or unit where they work (for officials and civil servants, workers, people's armed forces), or People's Committees of communes where they residence for marriage status certification. The certification of marital status has a value not exceeding 30 days. In case either or both parties have spouses or divorce or the other was dead, they must produce a copy of the judgments and decisions which have legal effect by the court for divorce or copy of death certificate paper.

After receiving complete and valid dossier, the commune People's Committee should proceed to verify the conditions of marriage and publicly applying for marriage registration at the offices of People's Committee within 7 days. If you need further verification, the long term does not exceeding seven days.

After the time limit, if it deems the two men and women eligible for marriage according to law provisions on marriage and family and have no complaints and denunciations about the marriage, the commune People's Committee must notify to the parties of men and women know about the date of registration.

After 7 days from the date of notification, if the two men and women not to register the marriage without good reason, the People's Committee will cancel the marriage registration and notify the applicants.

When considering hiring a Vietnamese detective to do the work for you, it is a good idea to check their location first. 3. Make sure they can communicate properly in English, Vietnamese.

4. Check if they can provide redacted samples of their work.

5. Don't deal with companies that only accept bank transfers or Western Union. Make sure they provide standard universally accepted payment methods that provide consumer protection such as PayPal, MoneyGram or with most credit cards.

6. Make sure your information is confidential and secure. Check to see that their websites have proper security and privacy technology.
