The 200 hour yoga teacher training in India is the step towards learning and teaching yoga. The course is divided into three parts, namely: Hatha, Ashtanga & Vinyasa flow. In this course, you will be taught one form of yoga every week and at the end of the week, you need to take a class as well. On the last three days of the course, three to four groups will be created comprising of two to four students and as a group you have to come up with a teaching plan and train others. The trainers in the yoga retreat will give you constructive feedback on the basis of your demonstration. You can teach yoga in any of the three forms that were taught as part of this course. This proves to be quite an eye opener for everyone who enrolled in this course.



The course ends with the graduation ceremony where all the learners will be awarded with a certificate approved by Yoga Alliance, USA. This certificate is valid in many parts of the world. On completion of the course, you can enroll into another course to further enhance your knowledge about yoga or you can join any yoga retreat as a trainer. In fact, you can set up your own studio and offer online classes as per your convenience.
