I’m reaching out to start a conversation about a project that I’ve been deeply involved with over the past few months. During my undergraduate studies and my first year of my master's program, I noticed that many students struggled with conceptualizing their thesis projects and lacked industry expertise. While professors can offer valuable guidance, they aren’t experts in every thesis topic. This highlighted a need for better access to industry resources, such as mentorship, for thesis projects.
Simultaneously, I realized that companies, especially those in niche fields, struggle to find specific talent and access fresh, innovative research ideas. This gap between academia and industry inspired the creation of Colloquee.
Colloquee is a platform designed to connect students with companies through thesis projects. Our mission is to facilitate meaningful collaborations that benefit both students and companies. Students gain valuable industry insights and resources, while companies tap into innovative ideas and emerging talent.
