Laparoscopic Surgery, also known as minimally invasive surgery or keyhole surgery, is a surgical technique that uses small incisions and specialized instruments to perform surgical procedures inside the body. Other specialized instruments are inserted through the remaining incisions to perform the surgical procedure. These instruments are designed to be flexible and precise, allowing the surgeon to manipulate tissues, cut, suture, and perform various surgical tasks.

It's important to note that not all surgeries can be performed laparoscopically, and the decision to use this technique depends on factors such as the patient's medical condition, the complexity of the procedure, and the surgeon's expertise. Laparoscopic surgery requires specialized training and experience on the part of the surgeon and the surgical team.
