Important Update – Us Visa Portal Moved

This is to share some critical updates about US Visas, First of all, the U.S. visa portal has been moved to a new portal called USTravelDocs on July 19, 2023. The new portal will allow applicants to apply for a U.S. visa, pay the visa fee, schedule an appointment, and track the status of their application online.

So from now onwards, use the USTravelDocs portal for both types of visa applications, Applicants who have already scheduled an appointment on the old portal will be able to access their appointment details on the new portal, Applicants who have already paid the visa fee on the old portal will be able to use their receipt number to schedule an appointment on the new portal until October 17, 2023.

Also, visa application services will not be available from July 26-28. Fee payment services will not be available from July 25-28. All services will resume via the new system on July 29, 2023.

Additionally, all who have submitted DS 160 in the old portal, please take care of these 4 things :

1) Ensure that all the data entered in your profile in the old portal is complete and correct. If you need ...
... to correct any information, please do so as soon as possible.
2) If you plan to pay a visa application fee in the near future, please do so before July 24, 2023, as payment services will be unavailable from July 25 to July 28 to enable the system change. Services will resume on July 29, 2023.
3) If you have paid your visa fee but have not associated it with your profile, please ensure you log in to your profile and associate your payment by entering the payment receipt number into your profile.
4) If you are a travel coordinator, group coordinator, or family, and you added dependent visa applicants to primary applicant profiles, please ensure that each dependent/applicant has a unique email address. This may mean changing the email address you currently have listed for them.
