Emotional Abuse In The Workplace: A Silent Misery?-00-6885

... He identified the behavior as mobbing and described it as "psychological terror" involving "hostile and unethical communicating directed in a systematic way by one or a number of humans greatly towards one individual. "
Leymann identified numerous 45 typical mobbing behaviors suchlike withholding selective information, isolation, badmouthing, uninterrupted criticism, circulation of unfounded rumors, ridicule, yelling, etc. The affected individual is in physical or mental distress, has evolved an illness, and experiences social misery.
