Aakash Mudra, as the name recommends, balances the Aakash component in the body. How to do Akash Mudra
For meditation or yoga practice, sit on a yoga mat or carpet in an open, airy, and quiet place. Sukhasana, Ardha Padmasana, or Vajrasana are considered the best postures for Akash Mudra.

Benefits of Akash Mudra

The hearing power of the ears increases and other ear diseases also go away. Like discharge of ears, tingling in ears, deafness of ears. For this apply this mudra for at least one hour daily.

Akash Mudra practice is not needed while walking.
Do not do this mudra while eating.
Hands should never be kept upside down by making Akash Mudra.
One should be patient while doing Akash Mudra.
People with Vata nature should not do this pose, it can cause gas, dryness of skin, and arthritis.
