I Visa
I visas are generally for any eligible members or representatives of foreign media, including reporters, film crews, broadcasters, editors, and people with similar occupations. These are the people who represent foreign media outlet such as print, radio, film, or other foreign information media.
To be eligible, one must:
• Retain their permanent residence outside the USA and enter the United States only for a temporary stay.

L Visa
L1 visas are for those who are being temporary transferred within a company they are already employed with. L visa is divided into two categories- L-1A and L-1B. The L-1 visa is an intra-company transfer visa that allows a U.S. company to transfer its executives, managers and specialized employees to the United States. An L-1A visa is valid for three years.
L-1B visa, on the other hand, is a non-immigrant visa that enables US employers to transfer a professional worker with specialized knowledge from its foreign branch offices to a U.S. branch office. An L-1B visa is valid for only one year.
O Visas
O visas are designed for people with extraordinary skills and capabilities. These visas are for people who have reached at the top of their fields, including the arts, sciences, athletics, business, film, T.V., or education. Holders of O visas can also bring their family members to the United States.
