What is Vayu Mudra?
Vayu mudra is called the mudra to balance the Vata dosha. Vayu is a Sanskrit word. It means wind. Vayu Mudra is a mudra involving the hands, which helps in conducting the right flow of air inside the body. By doing Vayu Mudra, excessive and harmful air in the body gets released. Especially the excess air present in our intestines and harmful air for the body ends by doing Vayu Mudra. If Vayu dosha is not rectified from the body, there may be difficulty in breathing. If this is not corrected, the breeding rate can also be affected. Vayu Mudra is associated with the Vata dosha of Ayurveda. How to do Vayu Mudra
