Bike owners are extremely possessive about their bikes. They love it like their own kin. Say a word against their bikes and they will cut all ties with you. In such a situation, you need to be aware of the common motorcycle myths that are doing the rounds. These are myths and nothing else and today we are going to address them for you.

You are too good a biker to crash - this is not a myth any more rather it has become more of an arrogant attitude amongst bike owners. They think that they will never crash and hence give in to rash driving. Do not fall in this trap and make this common mistake. You are putting your life and the lives of those on the road at risk. What will happen to your family members if you were to get badly injured in the crash? Have you ever thought of this? You need to be a careful and responsible bike rider.

Drivers don’t care about motorcycles on the road - this is a huge myth. Most motorcycle riders think that car owners don’t give them much space on the roads and that they make it difficult for them to navigate their bikes on road. As a result, there ...
... is an unspoken ego clash between the two. But this is not true at all. Car owners leave enough space on the road for you to ride your bike.

Any quality of bike parts will do, no need to invest in original ones - this is the biggest myth that most motorcycle owners have. Only original Harley parts Brisbane ensure high quality performance. If you own a Harley Davidson and opt for run of the mill parts for your bike, you can be rest assured that the performance is going to suffer. Only authentic Harley parts Brisbane will offer quality performance all round the year. Yes, original parts are expensive but they are worth every single penny.

Cars cause more accidents on roads - motorcycles are equally responsible for accidents on road. If not more, motorcycle accidents are not uncommon. Every year hundreds of people get involved in motorcycle accidents.

Your view gets blocked when you wear full-faced helmets - this is an excuse used by bike riders over the years. This absolutely untrue. The helmet protects your face and skull and there is enough space around the eyes to see what lies ahead (when you are wearing the helmet).
