As the season progresses, so does the comfort of dressing, especially when it comes to kids. During the summer, we need to dress up in something that doesn’t trap the sweat or add to the already heated weather. Winters are quite the opposite. We need to be covered up in as many layers as possible to fight the cold and keep the chills at bay. Rains however are a great balance between the two where it’s not too hot and neither too cold. However, it tends to get a lot too wet! And hence we need to dress ourselves and our kids in clothes that do not retain the water for long and especially garments that prevent any other clothing to get wet in the first place.

SUMMER: LIGHT & BREEZY
When it comes to the hot season of the year, its best to dress up in cotton clothes for kids as well as adult. Summer fashion tends to be light and breezy so that much heat isn’t trapped in clothing, leaving you freedom to feel a little cool. Pastel and subtle colour shades are the go-to preference as dark coloured garments may absorb too much heat leaving you all sweaty.

WINTER: WARM & LAYERED
Layers are cool ...
... in winter. The chills get too much to bear sometimes, especially for the kids. Fur and faux coats and other such winter accessories are the best way to keep the cold at bay. Woolen hats and mittens help prevent your kids’ hands and head to freeze out in the cold, thus keeping children warm. The legs usually are most exposed to cold and pants don’t alone cover it. Thermals for kids are a great way to keep their legs from freezing out or going numb due to cold.

RAIN: GEAR UP
The only fashion accessory to keep them trendy and safe during winters is a great rain coat or rain shield wear. It keep the other garments dry and prevents water from getting soaked into them. Umbrellas tend to make kids a bit fussy so rain coats on top of cotton clothes for children is the way to go so that they don’t feel too clustered inside either.
