Elji International LLC manufacture and supply High Impact Resistant Rubber Corner Guards. Rubber Corner Guards are designed to protect the corners of square columns and walls with 90° and 135° edges in structures. Elji High Impact Resistant Corner Guards provide superior impact protection to corners due to GI Clip back up and also protect vehicles from major damage or accidents.
Extrusion is used to make Elji Rubber Corner Guards. The combination of a high-impact resistant rubber profile and a metal backing provides exceptional impact resistance. We offers a high quality of Rubber Corner Guards. They are weather resistant, ozone resistant, UV resistant, abrasion resistant, crack resistant, and won't stain your car. Black and Black with Yellow Stripes are the standard colors; other colors can be made upon request.

MATERIALS:

High Impact Resistance SBR+NR, EPDM, Neoprene and polyurethane.
INSTALLATION PROCEDURE:

• Accessories required: GI -Csk 2” Screw + S8 Plastic Fischer – 4 Sets/m
• First, check the bolt length and size.
• Check the fixing surface; it should be flat and perfect.
• Clean the surface before clamping.
• Keep 150mm Distance Gap in the Bottom Side
• Mark the 4 holes positions as per the drawing pitch distance as per GI retainer and make a 9 mm
dia hole in the fixing surface.
• Insert the Fischer inside the drilled holes in the straight position
• Keep the GI Back up in the fixing surface and clamp it with the 4 screws.
• Insert the Rubber Corner Guard from sideways from one End of the side
• Insert the yellow strips on both sides of the corner guard
