He or she has good knowledge of the likes and dislikes of the buyers and provides a valuable advice to the seller.

These are all good practices that help the buyer to sell his or her home at a good price, even when the real estate business has slowed down. It is still in the woods and full recovery appears to be distant. A right approach and professional guidance helps the seller strike a good deal with the buyer in a recovering economy.
