I had the pleasure of meeting Ken Dunn at a major conference in Dallas in January. I picked up his book From Here to Having it All. Ken Dunn book is a easy to read biography that I related to. Ken did not grow up with a silver spoon in his mouth like most of us. His parents were not wealthy and this gave Ken a burning desire to be wealthy. His father worked a blue collar job like I do and could not always afford the luxuries of life for his family. Ken talks about a need early in his carrear to change his personality. This will hit home with many of you because the only thing holding some of us from success is our selves. He asked his collegues what in his personality could he change. How many of us would have the courage to ask people that. It was a sobering experience for Ken and this led him to study 7 influential people who kenn Dunn studied. They are:

Ken went on to talk about the core activities that you should be doing like prospecting. He reminded me of belly to belly sales. I have been doing allot of online marketing lately and had stopped talking to live prospects like I use to. What Ken helped me to re-think my approach to prospecting. Network marketing is a person to person business the internet should be used with a off-line strategy. Ken is a great prospector. He has an incredible method of creating instant rapport with a stranger. He is inviting a small group of networkers to go with him to Seattle WA to go out in the street and prospect.
