To remain fit and active is the need of the hour. If you are still neglecting your health, you are in big problem. Our health is indeed the biggest wealth we have. If you are not healthy, you will not be able to enjoy anything in your life. You have to make efforts to stay healthy, fit and active. And the best way to do so is by making efforts toward it. Lets start from the basic. Take stock of what you are eating in a day and then in a week. You will be amazed at the amount of junk food that goes in. Unless you cut down there is no alternative. The moment you replace junk food items with healthy options, you will notice a significant change in your health. You will feel better and more active. Don’t forget to drink at least 8 glasses of water daily. Add to it a certain amount of exercise and you are taking it to the next level. It is very important to exercise every single day. Even if that means walking for few minutes, do that. Start with 10 minutes of walk and slowly extend it to 30 minutes and finally go up to 1 hour of daily walk. It is the best form of exercise. ... exercise. And finally change your sleeping habits. Sleep for at least 8 hours at a stretch. Once you have a good sleep you will automatically feel rejuvenated. And finally stop smoking and drinking. Unless you can stop completely you should make efforts to reduce the number of cigarettes that you smoke. All these are small steps but when followed religiously on a daily basis, it brings about a significant change in your life.
