4) Sugary drinks must be taken as little as possible.
It is very well known that sugary drinks like colas and other kinds of fruit juices are very harmful to your health since they increase the sugar level in your blood and which lead to all kinds of diseases like blood sugar, diabetes, and hypertension in your body. It is estimated that consuming one three hundred milliliters of cold drink daily leads to a kilo increase in body weight. The same goes for fruit juice.
5) Increase your intake of grains
To promote a sustainable and healthy lifestyle you must always consume more and more oat, barley, corn, whole wheat rice, and rye. These grains have very nutritional value and assist in preventing lots of communicable diseases which can affect your future. The most positive aspect about these items is that they require very less water and energy to grow and also lead to very high productivity.
6) You must always try to have more and more pulses
You must always increase your consumption of pulses since pulses contain lots of proteins. Instead of mutton and other animal products, proteins are much more beneficial since they perform the same role as of animal products.
