Introduction:-

Rex heat exchanger specifically denoted for manufacturing a different types and largest machines for different applications and it makes to work easy. It should be providing fastest application in the whole world. Our country India are exploring in different countries, and providing best quality of materials. They are making bold and heavy machines with efficient quality. And it is a world wide. Here we are describing some tools.

Those tools are :-

Shell and tube heat exchanger work:-
It is in direct and indirect contact. But cylinder tube heat exchanger is a indirect.Why it is use? Because In industry has a high surface area , so we are using heat exchanger. Now we are explaining the procedure, how is it work? It is in cylinder shape , lots of tubes are present in the cylinder. Shell mostly made up of cast steel because we have to convert from corrosion to resistance. In the cylinder from one side it is inner side fluid and another is outer side fluid. Both are opposite. In tube fluid are running and it is made up of steel (mild). When the bundle of tubes , so arranging in a tube sheet. ...
... All the bundles are fix in tube sheets. Baffles are using because of terminals.

When fluid enter from one tube shell and it is going through like a zig Zag motion. So heat transfer is increasing. Tie rod is present on baffles top so tie rod helping in reduce of vibration and supporter. 5-6 Tue rods are present. Without increasing the length the passes are using in shell and tube heat exchanger. So terminate generate then heat generating. In this process it is works.

Double pipe heat exchanger:-
It is using in heat transfer area for contacting. Some parts are outer pipe , inner pipe , U-Bend. All this things are present in hair pin. One leg in one pin. What is a process? The cold fluid enter in one pipe and comes out from cold fluid outlet. Another fluid comes in hot fluid , then flow through tube and out from hot fluid outlet. So hot fluid heat transfer so hot fluid convert in cold fluid that why is indirect contact type of heat exchanger. It is using in low surface area. We are using double pipe heat exchanger so low material are using and heavy cost. So that’s why it is using in low surface area.

Pressure vessels:-
It is using in the working of execute, Before entering into plant. It is using in heavy industries. Pressure vessels are working the level of pressure and then make an application , to holding the air in tank. Then ,it is delivering the pressure in directly or indirectly way. In direct way going through the valves and out from gauges. In indirectly goes through the heat transfer. It is carry 150,000psipressure in vessels and temperature is 400 degree celcius. It should be hold everywhere in any kind of industries.

Oil cooler:-
Oil cooler also manufacturing by REX Heat Exchanger in India. It is connecting with Canada , china , Australia , United States of America , Argentina etc. It is a rotating machines , not required a perfect lubricant. But it is heat exchanger from their operators.it should be making possible from one hand it should be cooling and another part the heat is producing during the time of rotating machine. But it should be restoring the oil and viscosity and their power of lubricant.
