• Use the digital well-being feature in your smartphones.
• Turn on the Grayscale feature in your smartphones. This reduces and filters blue light radiations to a large extent.
• Turn off unnecessary notifications as whenever a notification pops up, we usually check our phones instantly. If needed uninstall the less used or non-important applications from your phone.
• Set a regular timer for every screen you engage with exercise as you watch.
Bedtime tips:
• Before sleeping, try not to use any gadgets for at least an hour. Keep the mobile phones out of sight. Instead of using alarms in the mobile phone, use an actual alarm clock
• Do not turn to your mobile phones immediately when you wake up. Go grab some early morning fresh air instead. Avoid taking your mobile phones to the washrooms.
General tips:
• Begin with connecting and networking with friends and family offline. Talk to them and spend good time together.
