After the disastrous 2020 people from all sectors in the world are looking ahead into 2021. It is a fact that many people do not want to look back at the lockdown restrictions and economic hardships of 2020. Like every other industry, the vaping industry has also faced an economic crisis that affected the manufacturing of new vapes and e-liquids. Several vape stores around the world remained closed for longer periods whereas many had to shut down operations due to the unavailability of funds and sources to run.

... more business in the vaping industry as the EU Tobacco restrictions have ended. But unfortunately, the UK has formulated its bill for setting new standards for tobacco and vape products. The UK is expected to follow the same rules as the EU and some of the laws might be inspired by the US state laws which also include restrictions on flavors etc. However, the bill is under a second reading so its outcome is still unknown. But it is likely to affect the vaping industry and the thinking of vape manufacturers for the whole of 2021.

Owing to the legal changes, the UK and EU are now seeing other alternatives too for cigarettes and vapes. Customers are now being offered nicotine products like heated tobacco and or tobacco-free nicotine. People seem to be shifting towards more safe smoking alternatives and these products are gaining growth in the market. However, it will be too early to say that vape or vaping liquids will be completely replaced since people do love vaping and before any legal bindings are imposed, nothing can be sure. Moreover, the vape industry players will also strive to work on reinventing new products to remain in the market keeping in mind the consumer priorities and health.

Caffeinated Liquids are not allowed in the UK but after the Brexit and removal of TPD regulations, the UK might also see some caffeinated liquids in the market.
