These business grants are from the relending program. Small business grants are used to create jobs and improve our businesses which will lead to improved communities. Free government grants are here to make our world a better place.

These loans from the 10.767 INTERMEDIARY RELENDING PROGRAM are used to finance business facilities and community development in the form of direct loans from non profit corporations in you neighborhood.

The latest news and information is from South Dakota where they know how to do it right. Community Action of South Dakota has teamed up with the USDA and Economic Development corporation to outshine the rest of America. When they work together they bring special talents for the people of South Dakota to benefit from. If you do not have community support, get it.

Here is why. The USDA gives the economic development council one percent interest loans and they purchase or build subsidized rental units. The council can also turn around and loan for home purchases which can sometimes be the only way people could afford it.

Other ways that the economic development ...
... council has assisted other with the help of the USDA are;

Rural Business Enterprise Grants,
Homeowner repair grants and loans through the 504 program,
Housing Preservation Grants for low income people,
Technical and Supervisory Grants for education homebuyers,
502 loan program for housing loans.

The average finical assistance is usually $3,000 to $615,000. When the economic development council or other non profit receives these funds they are expected to relend all of these funds to you for business or housing needs.

Now if a business receives one of these low intrest loans they must contribute 25 percent of their own money towards their business and they may not borrow more than $150,000.

To receive this low intrest loan for your business than you will need to get a grant application from http://www.rurdev.usda.gov.

You will also need to put together a grant proposal and have community support if you want to receive free government grants. Community support is the most important.

Your last step and most important for this small business grants is to have a professional business plan.
