Start a slideshow in the Photos app following the steps mentioned above.
Tap on the screen once the slideshow has started.
Click on the ‘Pause’ button in the menu that appears.
Swipe right or left on the menu right under the slideshow. The themes include happy, chill, dreamy, etc.
Note: Changing themes will also change the background music and the font face.
Once the theme is selected, it is automatically applied to the slideshow.
Editing Title, Music, Duration, and Photos in a Slideshow
The steps to perform editing in a slideshow are:
Follow the same steps as changing the theme of a slideshow.
A menu will appear on the screen. You’ll see the ‘Duration’ option right under the theme menu. Therefore, you can choose to keep your video short, medium, or long.
Next, click on the ‘Edit’ button on the top-right corner of the window.
A pop-up menu will open. Select the elements you want to edit, such as title, photos, videos, music, etc.
Once you’ve edited the elements of a slideshow, click on the ‘Done’ button at the top-right corner.
Saving a Memories Slideshow
The steps to save a memories slideshow are:
Before saving memories slideshow, it is essential to make all the required changes.
Now, tap on the ‘Share’ icon in the bottom left corner of the screen.
A Share Sheet will open. Select the ‘Save Video’ option to save the video to the Photos app.
Note: You may save your videos in third-party apps.
Marking a Memories Slideshow as Favorite
The steps to mark memories slideshow as favorite are:
Launch the Photos app on your iPhone or iPad.
Click on the ‘For You’ tab.
Open the memory you want to view and click on the ‘Ellipses’ icon.
A pop-up menu will open. Select the ‘Add to Favorite Memories’ option.
Now, you can check your favorite memories in the ‘Favorites’ section. That was pretty easy, right?
