Instructions
1. Boil water during a kettle. don't over boil.
2. Wash your teapot with warm water and add one teaspoon (2 g) of tea leaves per cup
3. Pour the boiled water into the pot and canopy with a cosy letting the leaf infuse for 3-4 minutes to secure full flavour
4. Stir and pour the tea through a strainer into tea cups, add milk/sugar/honey if desired and luxuriate in the complete bodied flavour of our Masala Chai.
To make Dhaba Chai – add half a cup of milk to at least one and a half cups of water and put the mixture to boil during a saucepan. As soon as it involves boiling, add one teaspoon of this tea, add sugar to taste and let it simmer for 1 minute. Then filter the Masala Chai into tea cups and relish its taste.
