When any person is the well-being and the ability to perform aspects of sports, occupations, and daily work and activities then it is called this person is being very good fitness, when a person is suffering from weak fitness then it describes the weak health of the human.

Pranayama exercises like Bhastrika pranayama, Kapal Bhati pranayama, anulom-vilom pranayama. Bhastrika pranayam is to solve the breathing problems. kabhalbhati pranayama is the best for the problem of the belly. Anulom-vilom is the easiest of the pranayamas and it is good for nostrils breathing exercise.savasana is the easiest aasan of all types of aasan.you should take to relax your body after doing work. So savasana is best. So exercise is very important to make your body fit and healthy.

All people get very tired of doing that their own some daily work. So people are very stress and get tired. If you reduce the stress then it makes your body fit and healthy. If you have no type of stress then you are always happy and also your family.

Visit your family doctor for any type of weakness of the body. Do not wait to speak to your family physician. Regular checkups and follow the instructions of your doctor. It helps you to make fit your body and health, If you do not follow the instructions your body gets weak.

4. Stop Smoking:
Smoking is one type of addiction. Smoking is many types like cigarettes, druggs, ganja, and heroin. If you have any types of smoking then it is very injured for your health and fitness. Smoking decreases the years of your life and a good body. So it is very important to quit smoking. If you stop smoking than it increases the fit your body and health.

5. Drinking water:
In our study, it is quoted that is “Water is our life”. Every person, drinking water is very important. Water is a lifesaver and every person should habit of drinking at least 2 liters daily.

6. Take a Breakfast:
For every person, it important to take breakfast. Because, if you do not take breakfast you do not work freely.breakfast is a very good idea to make your body fit and healthy.

7. Take Vitamins:
Talk to your family doctor to take vitamins day by day which can assist your health.also take foods that give you vitamins like vitamin c, d, and so on. Vitamins increase your fitness and make your body fit and healthy.

Avoid Cell-Phone:
During this time, every person has almost used a cell phone. The largest drawback of this generation is that they are obsessed with their cellular phones.so those phones' purpose is much physical trouble for them.

Connecting a super mind to people who are almost closest to you and also you share your personal conversation with them.
