If you know nothing about acupuncture you may either want to learn about it or choose a different method to quit smoking. No matter which smoking cessation methods you choose it is a good idea to learn about that method.
* Is it a complete and comprehensive plan that will teach me how to quit smoking? To be honest you can't just pop a pill ...

These are quite good in that they take you away from the harmful effects of cigarettes immediately and because you are still getting a dose of nicotine, you're less likely to relapse very soon.
Logical Reasoning
This is a strange one that most people do not use but it has a high success rate. You basically learn to understand that you don't need nicotine and it is not chemically addictive. It just tricks your brain into thinking that you need it and, once you get over this, you can stop smoking immediately and not even want another cigarette. It's the "golden egg" and maybe the best way to quit smoking but very few people can make the correct preparation for it.
