When the term exercise comes in the mind it generally pops up something boring and monotonous. But there is more colours to this term then just monotony. Exercise can be fun and really entertaining if done in the right and proper way.

Most people associate the term exercising with that of an indoor gym or area where people sweat. Yet people mostly forget that exercising is a very wide term that does not restrict itself to just working out within 4 walls.

So to make you understand a little bit better into the storm of exercising here are a few fun and effective outdoor exercises you can adapt –

· Cycling

considered to be one of the most effective ways of outdoor exercises which include a lot of fun is cycling.
It makes you sweat and also helps killing those negative vibes and lets you breathe in fresh air. It is a beautiful package of well being altogether.

· Partying

Sounds a bit odd right? But it is actually very effective. Party mostly includes dancing till your legs hurt and this is a very effective way of burning down your calories in the most fun and entertaining way. Therefore definitely go partying and sweat it all out.


· Run a marathon

Marathons generally take place all over the globe for a better cause. What’s a better way to shed a few close and burn calories while enjoying with your friends! Running a marathon can be both fun and effective to your body as well as your mind.
