Green Coffee Bean Extract has been very popular lately especially after being highly endorsed by Dr. Oz and Lindsey Duncan. They claim that you can shed the pounds without actually changing your normal diet and there are some studies that support this theory (more on that later).

However, if you are someone who can drink raw green tea by steeping the leaves, nothing is best than drinking it clean.

Now, for people who are in hurry and always look forward to extracts for quicker results, let's get a little technical and find out what is Green Coffee Bean Extract is and does it differ from regular coffee?

Green Coffee Bean Extracts have Polyphenols which act as good antioxidants to the body. It also contains a compound called Chlorogenic Acid which is present in coffee in general and is known for its beneficial properties such as:

Lowering blood sugar levels,
Inhibiting the release of blood glucose in the body,
Increase metabolic process in the liver,
Improve circulation and muscle tone,
Slow down the aging pores,
More energy, better mental clarity and hormone ...

Detoxification capabilities,
Combats free radicals in the bloodstream.

Diabetics can benefit greatly because of its ability to stabilize blood sugar levels.

So can you get all these benefits from drinking regular coffee? No, and the reason is boiled coffee contains cafestol which is a negative effect of using coffee as a stimulant.

Once you roast the coffee beans you remove the Chlorogenic Acid so the Green Coffee Beans must be processed while in its raw, natural state.

There are two major types of coffee plants; Arabica and Robusta.

The highest quality Green Coffee Extract Bean comes from the Arabica plant which is higher in Chlorogenic antioxidants and caffeic acids. Many coffee drinkers miss out on many coffee benefits by roasting it which removes the antioxidants.

To be brief, green coffee bean extract is quite natural and an affordable way of losing weight. You do not need to follow nerve-wracking routines and exercises.

These do not contain any additives and thus do not have any side effects. The extracts (any) contains pure chlorogenic acid which initiates and promotes fat metabolisms.

It also increases the heat in your body which increases the fat burning and helps you in losing fat naturally. It also regulates your blood sugar levels and you will not be starving all the time.

There are no such potential dangers in consuming green coffee bean extracts. It might cause some imbalance if you intake too much of green coffee bean extract.

Also, pregnant women should not take this during their pregnancy.
