Difference between Treadmill and elliptical machines

Both the machines, Treadmill and elliptical, have their pros and cons. These machines help to keep the various body parts healthy. The differences are as follows:
The treadmill helps to strengthen the muscles of the legs while the elliptical works more on the joints of the legs.

The elliptical mainly works on the upper part of the body while the treadmill works on the lower part of the body.

Hence, both the machines can be used for extensive workouts to have a fit and healthy mind and body. This helps to regain the same strength and stamina as before.
