• Start your day will meditation and free hand exercises. If you can then hire a yoga instructor who will come to your house to teach yoga.

• Go for an evening walk. There is no need to walk fast. Opt for a brisk walk so that when you return home you feel good and light as well. Brisk walk is great for your cardiovascular health. It will improve the blood circulation in your body.
