The squat is one of the best exercises which help to tone our lower portion along with increasing the strength of the lower portion of your body.
Squat mainly targets the thigh and the gluteus maxima the biggest muscle portion of the body. The squat also helps in reducing fats in the lower portion of the body. Squat hits every angle of the lower portion of the body thus sliming the lower portion of the body.

What are the different squat exercises?

Different types of squat works on the different parts of the lower portion of the body. The types are as follows:

Squat: Stand on your feet the legs a bit apart from each other than bending your knees keeping it behind your toes and stand up and down.

Step-up: Stand in front of a step place one of your foot on the step then press the other foot to the heel of the step. Bend the knee in a lunge to increase the intensity.

Squeeze on the ball: Use a medicine ball put your hip on the ball like a bridge position then does not let the ball Rolland squeeze the gluts to the ball.
