ACIDIC FOODS

There are also various types of food that you should avoid eating after having your whitening treatment to prevent sensitivity and pain. Bleaching agent is use in the treatment of teeth whitening that weaken tooth enamel for short duration of time. Try avoiding acidic foods like limes, lemons, oranges, soft drinks etc. these can increase the acidity of your saliva and may damage your teeth.
