Parkinson’s is a neurodegenerative disease or what can be known as a disorder of the Central Nervous system. Its symptoms involve movement-related problems in the initial stages and then, cognitive and behavioral problems with the onset of dementia. The later stages also include sensory and sleep problems along with emotional impairment. Ayurveda has a lot to offer for Parkinson patients.
Ayurvedic treatment for Parkinson is more effective as the whole body is subjected to the treatment and not only a particular deteriorating body part which helps to not only control the symptoms of the disease but also to stop the progression of it in the future.

Impairment Intensity

The degree of impairment depends upon each individual and the severity of the disease. Using this data, ayurvedic treatment is provided in two ways which are internal and/or external application. Under internal application, herbal concoctions are provided to patients for intake whereas external application involves outer body treatment such as herbal oil massages. The early onset of movements and posture instability causes a calcium deficiency ...
... in the patient’s body which further leads to muscular dystrophy.

Treating The Deficiency

Ayurvedic medicine for calcium is considered the best remedy as it ensures a boost in calcium and immune system through an internal and natural way which is most effective. Ayurveda suggests that people can improve calcium levels in the body by higher intake of water, through natural supplements like milk, yogurt, oranges, soybeans, salmon, fish, etc.

Also, giloy, sesame seeds and Moringa leaves are some natural medicines that increase the level of several micronutrients in the body including calcium, potassium, and iron. Another wonder of Ayurveda is the treatment of muscular dystrophy. For many years, muscular dystrophy treatment in India was considered to be impossible. Many scientific pieces of research led to the same result declaring it as incurable but Ayurveda has found a way.

Conclusion

Since muscular dystrophy is a genetic disease and there is no way to change the genetic configuration of a person, Ayurveda helps to reduce the severity of the disease. Ayurvedic treatment of muscular dystrophy includes proper nutrition to specific muscle tissues and also, the whole body combined with maintaining adequate movement of joints to keep them healthy. Thus, Ayurveda helps to build up the health of a person in a natural way. For any of the issue, Ayurveda has a solution for it all.
