Shaquille O'Neal would be traded away and Dwayne Wade would be plagued with injuries down the stretch.

In the most recent season, 2010, Dwayne Wade would take his team to the first round of the playoffs with the help of Michael Beasley and Jermaine O'Neal but it would prove to be too little as they were beaten in 5 games by the Boston Celtics.
