Bonafides worked closely with the relevant authorities to ensure the success of this programme so as to always safeguard a client’s interest in a volatile and competitive industry. When a famous spa chain closed down, Bonafides even went on a ‘Rescue Mission’, offering to serve the balance of the affected clients’ packages with no strings attached.
Bonafides(pronounced ‘Boh-nuh-fee-day’)as translated from Latin, means ‘good faith’. Since its inception in 1989, true to its namesake, this home-grown spa chain has aimed to always maintain sincerity and honesty to its clients.
