If you want to increase your chances of natural birth, try some of these tips:
1. Get a good prenatal education
Try and find out more about classes that teach you things like how labor and birth work. Opt for classes that teach you natural labor pain management techniques, such as breathing, self-hypnosis, relaxation, and other coping mechanisms. You may either ask in your chosen hospital, or find independent educators who help you with prenatal education. You can also ask for various prenatal programs conducted at KIMS Cuddles, the best pregnancy hospital in Hyderabad.

2. Find the right Doctor
While researching for your doctor, find one who has a high rate of delivering natural birth. Ask around, do your research online, or meet a few doctors and ask questions to know if you and the people taking care of you are on the same page.

3. Watch your weight
It is important to watch your weight gain during pregnancy. Make sure you do not put on too much weight when you are pregnant. Labor tends to go more smoothly for women who do not become overweight. They have fewer complications and require ...
... fewer medical interventions. Talk to your doctor about your ideal weight gain during pregnancy and try to stay in those limits.

4. Have minimum interventions during pregnancy
Women who have low interventions during pregnancy, end up having low interventions during labor too. If you don’t have any particular health problems, talk to your doctor and opt for fewer tests, treatments and interventions during your pregnancy. Some tests are important for every mother, while others are optional. Whenever a test or procedure is recommended, ask your doctor why it is needed and whether it will change or improve your health. If your doctor says they’re needed, then go for it.

5. Try to spend early labor at home
As much as possible, try and spend your early labor at home. Move around as much as you can, eat and drink or go for walks. When your contractions are consistently less than five minutes apart, and getting stronger for at least a couple of hours, go to the best pregnancy hospital in Hyderabad and let your doctor take over from there.
During labor, use your prenatal education to breathe, meditate, relax, move, change positions, get massage, listen to music, shower or use hot compresses to manage and ease your pain. Take the trusted opinions of our doctors at KIMS Cuddles, the best pregnancy hospital in Hyderabad, to help increase your chances of a natural birth.
