6 Rules For Rapid Weight Loss
You need energy that is found in food to fuel your body. 2. Calcium + Vitamin D. Working together in your body, calcium and vitamin d-rich foods such as milk strengthen bones and can play a major part in weight control. Not only does it contain no calories but substituting sugary drinks with water means less calorie intake. Not only that, but people that drink more water are more satiated and hungry less.
6. Green Tea. Drinking at least 3 cups of green tea a day can also help with weight loss, especially around the belly area. Research from Tufts University indicates that drinking at least 3 cups a day can promote significant weight loss over non-green tea drinkers.
