In this second part of our article we will continue describing the other 5 cars remaining, cars that many people consider being some of the most beautiful cars ever manufactured. We will start with a car that became famous after appearing in the blockbuster movie Gone in 60 Seconds - the car is a 1967 Shelby Mustang Eleanor GT 500.

This car was a huge hit after it was released and approximately 35 years later, with the help of the movie it regained the much deserved attention. The car in the movie was a modified version of the 1967 GT 500 and featured extensive external body upgrades. For this increasing popularity, Ford decided to manufacture the GT-500E which was sold very fast. Eleanor - the name of the car in the movie, is still very popular nowadays in the United States where many workshops are offering basically identical cars with even more power than the original Eleanor had.

A list with beautiful cars would not be complete without a Ferrari, in this case the Dino. The name "Dino honors Dino (Alfredo) Ferrari, the son of Enzo Ferrari, who suggested his father developed a V6 racing engine for Formula 2 in ...
... the early 1960s. Unfortunately, he died before the car was ready but Enzo, in the honor of his son, put the capable V6 engine into a mid-engine sports car and called it Dino. Just like all of the most beautiful Ferraris, this model was designed by Pininfarina. The chief designer, Leonardo Fioravanti, gave the car a very sex and low shoulder body, very different from previous Ferraris. Many consider this model to be the most beautiful Ferrari ever produced.

Our favorite car is the 1955 Mercedes-Benz 300SL Coupe which is a 2-seat, closed sports car that has unique (for its time) gull-wing or butterfly doors which when they are opened, the car looks like a bird that it is stretching its wings. Although not very comfortable or practical, the SL Coupe has a unique and distinctive appearance and at least for this article, beauty comes first.

Roll Royce is featured in this article with the Phantom model. The aluminum space frame used for this model is the largest of its kind ever built for automotive use. Every line of the car's massive appearance, shouts out elegance and power at the same time.

Our last reviewed car is a British model, to be more exact, the Aston Martin DB4 GT Zagato which appeared back in the 60s but was manufactured only for two years. In these two years, only 19 cars were produced, all of them are in perfect shape nowadays thanks to the Aston Martin enthusiasts who own them. The car was basically a DB4 GT which was improved by the Zagato factory, by Ercole Spada. The Aston Martin manufacturer desired a series of DB4 GT's that would be lighter and more competitive racing against the rival Ferrari 250 GT's. In 1960 it contracted Zagato to build bodies for 19 chassis. What they have come up with is the most desirable Aston Martin ever - beautiful but very aggressive at the same time, a combination that not many cars have. This very car marked one of the most memorable chapters in the long Aston Martin history.
