Subaru Impreza launched their high performance model WRX in 2009. This event illustrates how the car makers too sometimes have to take a u-turn. Subaru was not considered a conventional car and so brought Impreza in the market as an attempt to join the mainstream. However, after some time they realized that while doing so they have lost their uniqueness which was a plus point for them. Launching WRX model of Impreza was meant to regain their status as unconventional makers. They also thought that it would also lead to a broader appeal in the populace. To this end they improved the suspension and gave extra power to the engine. Consequently it is now an all wheel drive, spacious, capable car. It is considered a very safe car. It has got antilock disc brakes, stability control, and other necessary safety features.

A car can be conventional or non-conventional but its looks can always be modified by installing body kits. Car lovers take this as an opportunity to exercise their imagination to mould the looks and feel of their car to their liking. WRX Body kits are external extensions to a vehicle and usually include front ...
... and rear bumpers, side skirts, and spoilers. Front and rear side guards are also sometimes fitted. They are generally made of metals, or polyurethane, or fiberglass. Even carbon fiber has been used in making them. Some of these materials are light, others are heavy. Some of them are better able to withstand extreme temperatures. Their prices also differ. You have to, therefore, weigh all these pros and cons vis-à-vis your requirements. WRX body kits are not mere embellishments, they have their uses such as protecting the car from minor damage. After you have selected body kits which are also suitable for your car, you have to get them installed properly.

Driving WRX with high power engines will be a confidence generating experience due to its firm suspension and special tires and simultaneously WRX body kits will give it a look of your choice. All said it would be a happy feeling that you will remember for long. You can see the latest WRX body kits at www.ilovebodykits.com.
