Working at scaffolding sites with ladders and risky areas may call for a greater training. If you are not adequately trained it is the responsibility of an owner to provide this to you. He will also be held responsible for any injuries that occur at work place. Any fork lift trucks which are used to carry loads if it is not in a good condition it will pose life threatening problems to people at work. Neck injuries, shoulder slip, disc slip, back pain, head injury and death in extreme cases will be compensated.

Employers must opt for telescopic forks in order to lift heavy items which are at an elevated position. This offers greater safety and helps manoeuvre things easily. If it has additional cross bars for safety it is better. This facilitates for a safer lifting of staff, equipments and other cargos.
If these fork trucks are maintained in good condition then it can avert any accident. Do not ignore the tyres and tracks as they play an important role in a risky area. If these are not in good condition, they can lead to problems.
