In a medical coding career, whether you are a supervisor or waiting to become a supervisor someday, you need get your priorities in order.


No matter what your management style, managers are faced with the challenge to constantly switch gears. However, in the process, are you giving each of your tasks the right priority?


Probably, high priority, urgent, must do today are words that describe most items on your to-do list. But in a day, there are limited amount of time and emergencies do pop up. As such, how do you place what's really important at the top?
