Ms.Payal Gupta hails from a diverse cultural background where performing arts is given immense importance and hence has been passionate about dance since the age of 7. She holds a degree in B.E. and took dance classes all through her college life, but her passion for dance made her opt for a career shift only to make the world dance along with her. She has gained tremendous amount of experience in performing, teaching and directing.

She specialises in Egyptian, Arabic, fusion and modern belly dance along with modern contemporary and Bollywood freestyle. She says “Belly Dance is still perceived as a dance form restricted to certain sections of the society in India but, this is what I aim at changing. My goal is to give Belly dance its due credit as an art form in India”.
