Smoking causes more than one in 10 deaths worldwide, with 50% of these occurring in just four countries - China, India, USA, and Russia, according to latest estimates from the Global Burden of Disease study published in The Lancet (source - Times of India).”
The situation is so scary that it calls for an immediate action plan so
we don’t lose any new innocent life to smoking.

Whether it’s you or someone in your family who smoke, here’s a 5
step guide, including a recommendation to taking herbs to strengthen
lungs, to help quit smoking and start living a healthier, happier life.
1. Small steps help cover distances of miles

Quitting smoking in one go is probably not a potentially good
idea. When you’ve been smoking for years, you probably cannot
leave it behind in a day or week. The best way out is to cut
down on the number of times you smoke in a day. Say, if you
smoke 4 cigarettes a day, try lowering your smoke intake with 3
cigarettes a day, and then gradually reduce the numbers.

2. Out of ...
... sight, out of mind

You are the average of 5 people you spend your time with. So,
while on your mission to quit smoking, try spending less time
with those who smoke or can persuade you to share their
smoke. Change the company you keep, and you may find that
quitting smoking for life is not that difficult at all. All you need is
a will and support from family and friends.

3. Start moving

Most of us are not doing much with our lives, except waking up
in the morning to get ready for office, and then spend the next
8-10 hours in office. Do something new, something that excites
you, something that makes you do a lot of movement, such as
gymming. Even a 30-minute of brisk walk every morning has the
potential to help you achieve a great mental and physical
health.

4. Try products that help with smoking

There are some good products out there that help you quit
smoking or reduce the need to smoke often. Do a bit of
research and ask friends and colleagues who you know have
left smoking. Their two-cents can help you a great deal in your
journey toward a smoke-free life.

5. Reverse the damage with lung detox

You probably have done a lot of damage to your lungs. That
damage needs to be reversed as much as possible. And that’s
where an herbal health care product like Amishi Tar Nil can
help.
What Tar Nil does is get the accumulated toxic tar flush out of
your lungs and thus help your lungs function at their best. Since
Tar Nil is an herbal product, you can take it without worrying
about things like side-effects. It’s made with authentic herbs to
strengthen lungs, herbs and plant extracts that have been with
us since ages, and even our forefathers would use these herbs
and plants for their day to day health and to treat minor and
major diseases and disorders.

Smoking kills. We know this. But s till, we continue to smoke as
if our very survival depends on it.
